13 Million UK Zoom users in April, but what have we all learned?

These are my top tips:


1) Learn some keyboard shortcuts - my favorite is ALT+M to mute all attendees except me, the host


2) Learn to use multi screen (even if you only have one monitor) so that you can see gallery and speaker views simultaneously

3) Lighting, microphones and camera angles - if we are going to spend so much time on Zoom, let's get professional with the equipment which starts with understanding the '4 finger rule' for space above your head, and the 'look up to me' rule for camera position.
